My name is William Chinda, and I’m a Graphic & Instructional Designer based in Tampa, FL. I’ve found that the web is an incredibly powerful tool for regular people to make stuff. A great deal of that stuff is instructional content, but unfortunately most of it is poorly made, extremely boring, or behind a paywall.

Thoughtshots aims to fill that gap by providing free, informal learning materials that won’t waste your time. I hope you find it useful. To learn more about why I’ve made this site, you can read the manifesto on my personal blog.

Or, as Woody Guthrie said, “This song is Copyrighted in U.S., under Seal of Copyright # 154085, for a period of 28 years, and anybody caught singin it without our permission, will be mighty good friends of ourn, cause we don’t give a dern. Publish it. Write it. Sing it. Swing to it. Yodel it. We wrote it, that’s all we wanted to do.”
